Job summary

Lupin is seeking a Manager - Sales Training in Mumbai to design and deliver comprehensive training for Medical Representatives, covering product knowledge, therapy areas, and selling skills. The role requires understanding of portfolios, clinical data, and competitive positioning to enable field teams to perform effectively.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Medical, and Compliance to ensure training content meets regulatory standards and drives knowledge retention and performance

Qualifications

• 5-12 years of experience in sales training or related roles.
• Graduate degree required; RBMs/RSMs preferred.
• Strong collaboration with Marketing, Medical, and Compliance.
• Ability to measure training impact and report KPIs.
