Job summary

Vecmocon in India seeks a Training Specialist to schedule, coordinate, and facilitate internal technical deep-dives and external certification programs. You will measure training effectiveness post-30/60 days using performance data, manager sign-offs, and skill evaluations.

Maintain the Training SOP and centralized QMS documentation, keeping auditor-ready records, and partnering with engineering leads to map roles to skills. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Engineering, Business Admin, or related field.
• Expertise using the ADDIE model for instructional design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong record-keeping abilities and interface with technical leads.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate internal technical deep-dives and external certification programs.
• Measure training effectiveness post-30/60 days using performance data, manager sign-offs, and skill evaluations.
• Maintain and update the organization’s Training SOP and centralized QMS documentation.
• Keep auditor-ready records including Skills Matrices, attendance logs, training plans, and effectiveness sign-offs.
• Partner with engineering, firmware, hardware, and assembly leads to map technical roles to required skill levels.
• Formalize peer review mechanisms, OJT sign-offs, and high-voltage/lab safety training logs.
• Present quarterly training metrics and compliance reports to management during Management Review Meetings.
