Polymed is seeking a Training Manager to lead Learning & Development initiatives across departments, focusing on medical device manufacturing. You will design content, identify training needs, and manage budgets and calendars.

Responsibilities include coordinating trainers, maintaining training records and MIS, LMS uploads, and ensuring compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, MDSAP, CE Mark and US FDA audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development in medical device/pharma/manufacturing.
• Knowledge of LMS, training management, audits, and compliance.
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage internal and external trainers and training budgets.
• Prepare training content, annual training plans, and monthly calendars.
• Coordinate training programs, participants, and logistics.
• Maintain training records, feedback, and effectiveness reports.
• Prepare Training MIS and Plan vs Actual reports.
• Manage LMS module uploads and employee learning data.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, MDSAP, CE Mark, and US FDA audit requirements.

Preferred Profile:

• Experience in Learning & Development from the Medical Device/Pharmaceutical/Manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of LMS, training management, audits, and compliance.
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
