Job summary

Keka Inc. is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to design, develop, and conduct training activities for internal Bell Techlogix and client needs.

The role focuses on content creation to提升 skillsets across accounts and delivering engaging learning experiences in both classroom and virtual settings. The position requires experience with ADDIE, Articulate/Rise/Storyline/Captivate, and virtual delivery via Teams or Zoom.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; College degree in a related field preferred but not required.
• 2-5 years’ experience developing and delivering both in person and virtual training in a corporate environment.
• Experience using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate, Rise, Storyline, Captivate, and Less only.
• Experience using the ADDIE model to develop training curriculum.
• Experience delivering virtual training via a video conference tool such as Teams or Zoom.

Essential Functions:

• Create an unforgettable learning experience.
• Increase the knowledge of our client facing employees for both hard and soft skills.

Design, plan, organize training activities and/or programs for employees.

• Design and deliver classroom, virtual presentations, and on-the-job training to both technical and support personnel.
• Present information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.

• Support administration of the training programs, including enrolling users and assigning curriculum and courses.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Required Education, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; College degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
• Must have a minimum of 2-5 years’ experience developing and delivering both in person and virtual training in a corporate environment.
• Experience using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate, Rise, Storyline, Captivate, and Less only.
• Experience using the ADDIE model to develop training curriculum.
• Experience delivering virtual training via a video conference tool such as Teams or Zoom.
