This role is designed for a veteran leader with a deep background in Gas/Steam Turbine Systems and Controls Software Engineering. Unlike a traditional trainer, you will be the architect of our engineering competency roadmap. You will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements—ranging from HMI UI/UX to Cyber Security and High-Fidelity Simulations—and organizational scaling. Your leadership will directly ensure that our engineering pipeline is robust, high-performing, and aligned with our $20M+ project portfolio.
