Job summary

Maxicus is seeking a dedicated Training Specialist to design and deliver comprehensive development programs across the organization. You will create training initiatives, facilitate sessions, assess needs, and measure impact to drive performance improvements.

You will mentor junior trainers, collaborate with department heads, and stay current with industry best practices to continuously enhance training offerings and reporting for management.
