Job summary

Adani Enterprises Ltd in Raipur is seeking a senior Training & Development leader to design and deliver infrastructure-focused programs, drive assessments, and build capabilities across engineers, supervisors, technicians, and facilities staff.

The role leads a team, partners with SMEs, and champions digital learning including LMS, VR/AR simulations, and AI-enabled solutions to raise competency and ensure safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in Training Development or L&D.
• Strong experience in infrastructure or construction domains.
• Senior level experience indicated in the job listing.

Responsibilities

• Training design, delivery and annual planning for infra and construction needs.
• Conduct TNA and competency mapping for engineers, supervisors, technicians and facilities staff.
• Create and deliver technical programs in civil construction, PM, FM, quality, safety, and maintenance.
• Oversee onboarding, skill, certification and refresher training for employees and contractors.
• Develop content, SOPs, manuals, e-learning, and assessment tools.
• Coordinate with SMEs, trainers, and cert agencies for quality delivery.
• Lead digital learning: LMS, e-learning, VR/AR, AI-enabled learning.
• Monitor KPIs, training effectiveness and certification compliance.
• Maintain and utilize training infrastructure, labs, workshops and facilities.
• Lead the team and promote a culture of learning, safety, quality and excellence.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery - Infra Develop and implement the annual training plan aligned with infrastructure and construction business requirements.
• Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and competency mapping for engineers, supervisors, technicians, and facility management personnel.
• Design, coordinate, and deliver technical training programs related to civil construction, project management, facilities management, quality, safety, and maintenance.
• Manage onboarding, trade skill, certification, and refresher training programs for employees and contract workforce.
• Develop and update training content, SOPs, manuals, e-learning modules, and assessment tools.
• Coordinate with internal SMEs, external trainers, industry partners, and certification agencies for quality training delivery.
• Drive digital learning initiatives, including LMS, e-learning, VR/AR-based simulations, and AI-enabled learning solutions.
• Monitor training effectiveness, competency improvement, certification compliance, and training KPIs.
• Ensure effective utilization and maintenance of training infrastructure, laboratories, workshops, and learning facilities.
• Lead the training team and foster a culture of continuous learning, safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Learning & Development, Operations, or Project Management (preferred).
• 8-12 years of experience in Construction, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or Engineering Projects.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Training Delivery, Capability Building, Skill Development, or Learning & Development.
