Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. seeks an experienced training professional to lead delivery of programs for service and sales teams across geographies. The role involves LMS management, content development, and performance analysis to improve customer experience and product knowledge.

You will collaborate with engineering, publications, central technical support, quality and sales teams, and work with external OEMs/dealers to ensure effective training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree engineer with 13–15 years of experience in a similar profile.
• Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications or Mechanical specialization.
• Experience in training delivery, LMS management and program execution.

Responsibilities

• Deliver trainings to service and sales teams across geographies.
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) updates and monitoring.
• Maintain training records and analyse effectiveness of programs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering, publications, support, quality, sales) and external OEMs/dealers.
• Develop content and tools for training delivery and capacity building.
