You will work with the ZEISS Recruiting Team to deliver effective training across ophthalmic products, travel extensively, and ensure excellent communication with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in optometry with 1–6 years of relevant exp in ophthalmic product training.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to travel extensively.
• Fluency in Kannada is required.

As a Training associate the candidate shall be responsible for assessing and educating
new and current employees and our opticians and customers across the given region.
The training associate is responsible for organizing & conducting seminars, classroom
training sessions and programs for the customers with measurable outcomes.

1. Bachelor's in optometry with Min 1-6 years relevant exp in products training in
   ophthalmic segment.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Person should be willing to travel extensively
4. Possess thorough command of the Kannada language
