Job summary

Teamup Agency in Mumbai seeks a Learning & Development professional to identify competency gaps, conduct TNA, design onboarding, product, process and sales training programs, and deliver classroom and on-the-job training while coaching managers to improve performance.

The role will also handle Marketing & Brand Building activities, plan branding initiatives, coordinate digital campaigns, social media, brochures, events and ensure consistency across channels.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in Training, Sales, Marketing, or Product Training.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Confident in conducting classroom and field training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Identify competency gaps across departments with a primary focus on the Sales team.
