Job summary

Worklooms Consulting in Indore, India seeks a Trainer Telesales to design, deliver, and update training programs for new hires in sales, product, and compliance. You will build content, SOPs, and FAQs, and run refresher sessions based on QA findings.

You will monitor trainee progress, collaborate with Operations and Quality teams, and maintain records to ensure regulatory compliance in all training activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in Training, preferably in Telesales, Insurance, BFSI, or Contact Center operations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Good understanding of sales processes, quality frameworks, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in content development and stakeholder management will be an added advantage
