Teleperformance is hiring a Trainer for Banking Processes in Gurgaon. The role focuses on delivering training to new hires and existing staff within a BFSI or sales context, ensuring deep process understanding and customer handling techniques.

You will assess trainees, identify gaps, and collaborate with Operations to raise performance standards. Ideal candidates will have hands-on training experience in a BPO environment, with excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Formación

• Experience in Training & Development, preferably in BFSI or Sales Process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver effective training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
• Facilitate process training, product knowledge sessions, and refresher trainings.
• Monitor trainee performance through assessments, role-plays, and feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to improve performance and maintain standards.
• Track training effectiveness and maintain training records.

Preferred Candidates: Professionals with experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) or Sales Processes will be given preference.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in Training & Development, preferably in the BFSI or Sales Process
• Deliver effective training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
• Facilitate process training, product knowledge sessions, and refresher training as required.
• Ensure employees develop a strong understanding of process guidelines, business requirements, and customer handling techniques.
• Monitor trainee performance through assessments, role-plays, mock calls, and feedback sessions.
• Identify learning gaps and implement appropriate coaching and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to improve employee performance and maintain process standards.
• Track training effectiveness, maintain training records, and support employees in achieving business objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Training & Development, preferably in a BPO/contact centre environment.
• Candidates with experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) or Sales Processes will be preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.
• Strong coaching, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
