Job summary

Tren Global Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking a training professional to conduct process training, deliver product, process, compliance, and sales training programs. You will develop and update training content, SOPs, FAQs, and monitor performance through assessments and certifications, collaborating with Operations & Business teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Graduate/Postgraduate degree with 2–5 years in Training and experience in telesales, insurance, BFSI, or contact center operations, and
