Job summary

NIIT Foundation is seeking a capable trainer to deliver engaging sessions that build communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and workplace readiness among youth.

You will use digital tools to facilitate interactive learning, track progress, and prepare regular reports to measure outcomes. The role supports multiple educational programs and community sessions nationwide.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in training/facilitation.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sessions on communication, teamwork, time management, and interview preparation.
• Use digital tools (MS Office, Canva, Trello, Google Meet, etc.) for interactive learning.
• Track student progress, prepare reports, and ensure active participation.
• Support institutional programs and community sessions as required.
