Job summary

NIIT Foundation invites applications for a Trainer role in BFSI/BPO/Retail to deliver structured training across multiple districts. You will engage students, monitor attendance, and support enrolment drives, coordinating with field staff and internal teams to ensure smooth program execution and impact.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree (B.Com preferred) with 1–3 years in training or skill development, and strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or B.Com preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in training, teaching, or skill development.
• Experience in student mobilisation and outreach preferred.
• CSR/government project exposure is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured trainings aligned with curriculum (BFSI/BPO/Retail).
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences for students.
• Monitor attendance and assess performance for retention.
• Coordinate program operations and reporting with teams.
• Field-level coordination and MIS reporting as needed.
• Support enrolment drives and community outreach activities.

NIIT Foundation (NF) is a not-for-profit education society ( NGO ) set up by the promoters of NIIT in 2004. Its mission is to positively impact the underprivileged of the country through educational initiatives and skill development programs . NIIT Foundation, an Education NGO has a mandate to reach the unreached, uncared and unattended to ensure inclusive development of India.

Qualification& Experience

• Any Bachelor’s degree /preferable commerce (B.Com) or related field
  
• 1–3 years of experience intraining, teaching, or skill development programs
  
• Experience in studentmobilisation and community outreach preferred
  
• Exposure to government orCSR-funded projects is an added advantage
