Job summary

NIIT Foundation in India invites applications for a trainer to deliver BFSI domain training. You will conduct interactive sessions on banking fundamentals, financial products, KYC/AML, customer service, and digital banking, and teach operations, loans, and credit services.

You will monitor student progress, prepare for job interviews, maintain reports, and coordinate with center teams and project managers to ensure timely feedback and high-quality training aligned with NIIT Foundation standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate (preferably in Commerce, Business, Finance, Economics).
• Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM) in Finance or related field – preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in the BFSI sector or in training/teaching roles.
• Freshers with strong BFSI knowledge and good communication skills may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive sessions on BFSI topics such as banking fundamentals, financial products, KYC/AML, customer service, insurance and financial inclusion.
• Teach modules related to banking operations, loans, credit services, and digital banking.
• Deliver soft skills and professional skills training including communication, customer handling, grooming, workplace ethics and interview preparation.
• Use real-life case studies, role plays and activities to enhance understanding.
• Monitor student progress and provide individual support where necessary.
• Prepare students for job interviews in BFSI roles.
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and active participation during sessions.
• Contribute to content & assessment tasks and maintain training reports and batch files.
• Coordinate with center teams, placement officers and project managers.
• Ensure timely submission of reports and participant performance data.
• Participate in internal reviews, trainings and refresher workshops.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery

• Coordinatewith center teams, placement officers, and project managers.
  
• Ensuretimely submission of reports and student performance data.

Job Profile

Educational Qualification
