NIIT Foundation (NF) is a not-for-profit education society ( NGO ) set up by the promoters of NIIT in 2004. Its mission is to positively impact the underprivileged of the country through educational initiatives and skill development programs . NIIT Foundation, an Education NGO has a mandate to reach the unreached, uncared and unattended to ensure inclusive development of India.
To shape the mandate, NIIT Foundation has begun a number of programs like donate for child education, skill development, Financial literacy and all, that positively impact the underserved of the country through various educational interventions. The intent of NF is to better understand the education and employability issues at the grassroots level. The organisation builds corporate and ngo partnerships for sustainable development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Delivery
- Conductinteractive sessions on BFSI domain topics such as banking fundamentals,financial products, KYC/AML, customer service, insurance, and financialinclusion.
- Teachmodules related to banking operations, loans, credit services, and digitalbanking.
- Deliversoft skills and professional skills training, including communication,customer handling, grooming, workplace ethics, and interview preparation.
- Usereal-life case studies, role plays, and activities to enhanceunderstanding.
- Monitorstudent progress and provide individual support wherever necessary.
- Preparestudents for job interviews in BFSI roles.
- Maintaindiscipline, attendance, and active participation during sessions.
3. Content & Assessment
- Supportcurriculum implementation as per NIIT Foundation guidelines.
- Conductassessments, quizzes, and practical evaluations.
- Maintaintraining reports, batch files, and documentation as per project standards.
4. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinatewith center teams, placement officers, and project managers.
- Ensuretimely submission of reports and student performance data.
- Participatein internal review meetings, trainings, and refresher workshops.
Job Profile
Educational Qualification
- Graduate(preferably in Commerce, Business, Finance, Economics).
- Postgraduatedegree (MBA/PGDM) in Finance or related field – preferred.
Experience
- 1–3years of experience in the BFSI sector or in training/teaching roles.
- Fresherswith strong BFSI knowledge and good communication skills may also beconsidered.
Skills Required
- Strongknowledge of banking operations, financial products, loans, and digitalbanking.
- Goodcommunication and presentation skills.
- Abilityto simplify complex concepts for students.
- Basiccomputer proficiency (MS Office, digital tools).
- Abilityto handle classroom training with confidence and enthusiasm.
