NIIT Foundation (NF) is a not-for-profit education society ( NGO ) set up by the promoters of NIIT in 2004. Its mission is to positively impact the underprivileged of the country through educational initiatives and skill development programs . NIIT Foundation, an Education NGO has a mandate to reach the unreached, uncared and unattended to ensure inclusive development of India.
To shape the mandate, NIIT Foundation has begun a number of programs like donate for child education, skill development, Financial literacy and all, that positively impact the underserved of the country through various educational interventions. The intent of NF is to better understand the education and employability issues at the grassroots level. The organisation builds corporate and ngo partnerships for sustainable development.
Conduct field visits, community outreach activities, and awareness campaigns for student mobilization.
Identify and mobilize eligible candidates for skill development training programs.
Build relationships with local communities, NGOs, schools, colleges, corporators, and community leaders.
Conduct counselling sessions for students and parents regarding training and placement opportunities.
Organize mobilization activities such as rallies, pamphlet distribution, door-to-door visits, auto campaigns, and community meetings.
Maintain daily field activity reports, enquiry records, follow-up data, and mobilization MIS.
Coordinate with trainers and center team to ensure batch fulfillment and student retention.
Support admission process, documentation, and student onboarding activities.
Follow up with interested candidates through calls and visits for conversion into admissions.
Assist in organizing job fairs, placement drives, and center events whenever required.
Good communication and convincing skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
Ability to work in field and community environments.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile-based reporting.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Ability to counsel and guide youth regarding career opportunities.
