Job summary

NIIT Foundation is seeking a trainer to deliver interactive BFSI training and support learners across modules on banking fundamentals, digital banking, and customer service. You will use real-life case studies, role plays, and activities to enhance understanding and job readiness.

Responsibilities include curriculum support, assessments, and maintaining training documentation, while coordinating with center teams to ensure timely reporting and learner progress.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of BFSI domain including banking operations, financial products, KYC/AML, customer service, and financial inclusion.
• Strong communication, classroom delivery, and assessment facilitation skills.
• Ability to monitor progress and support students during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive training sessions on BFSI topics to groups of learners.
• Support curriculum implementation and conduct assessments, quizzes, and practical evaluations.
• Maintain training reports, batch files, and documentation per project standards.
• Coordinate with center teams, placement officers, and project managers; submit reports on time.

Job Description

1. Training Delivery

• Conductinteractive sessions on BFSI domain topics such as banking fundamentals,financial products, KYC/AML, customer service, insurance, and financialinclusion.
  
• Teachmodules related to banking operations, loans, credit services, and digitalbanking.
  
• Deliversoft skills and professional skills training, including communication,customer handling, grooming, workplace ethics, and interview preparation.
  
• Usereal-life case studies, role plays, and activities to enhanceunderstanding.
  
• Monitorstudent progress and provide individual support wherever necessary.
  
• Preparestudents for job interviews in BFSI roles.
  
• Maintaindiscipline, attendance, and active participation during sessions.
  

3. Content & Assessment

• Supportcurriculum implementation as per NIIT Foundation guidelines.
  
• Conductassessments, quizzes, and practical evaluations.
  
• Maintaintraining reports, batch files, and documentation as per project standards.
  

4. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinatewith center teams, placement officers, and project managers.
  
• Ensuretimely submission of reports and student performance data.
  
• Participatein internal review meetings, trainings, and refresher workshops.
