Job summary

NIIT Foundation in India invites applications for a field-based Insurance literacy facilitator. You will deliver curriculum-based literacy sessions, screen and register candidates for insurance skilling, and coordinate with mobilizers to schedule sessions across project locations.

The role requires a graduate in Commerce or Economics with 2–5 years of grassroots program experience in BFSI or insurance, willingness to travel, strong communication, and fluency in the local language plus basic

Qualifications

• Graduate/Bachelor’s in Commerce or Economics with BFSI/Insurance experience.
• 2–5 years grassroots project experience.
• Willing to travel and relocate to project location.
• Fluency in local language and basic proficiency in English and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Insurance literacy and education sessions as per curriculum.
• Screen candidates for insurance skilling course.
• Register candidates for the insurance skilling course.
• Maintain attendance, proof and documents.
• Set up training venues with equipment and materials.
• Coordinate with Mobilizers and Location Leader for session schedules.
• Support field activities and counsel students after literacy.
• Submit daily/weekly reports to Location Leader/PM.
• Assist in approaching target group and organize FL session.
• Carry training material to location for distribution.

Job Description

• Deliver Insurance literacy andeducation sessions as per the approved curriculum and session plan

Requirements

• Graduate/ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/EconomicsEducation, with a related field work experience into BFSI, Insurance
• Minimum 2–5 years of experiencein grassroots project implementation
• Open to travel and relocate atthe project location
• Strong Insurance sectorknowledge, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with communitymobilization and training processes.
• Fluency in the local languageand basic proficiency in English and MS Office.
