Job summary

Vserve is seeking a dedicated trainer to design and deliver training programs across Supply Chain Management, ERP systems, customer service, and soft skills. The role involves assessing needs, tailoring content, and evaluating trainee progress to driveطوير organizational capability.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, proven training experience, and excellent presentation skills, with a strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, education, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a trainer or facilitator in supply chain management, ERP systems, and soft skills.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
