Process Trainer / 3 – 7 years/ Bangalore

iSource Services is hiring for one of their client for the position of Process Trainer.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Process Trainer to deliver training on end-to-end logistics operations, systems, and SOPs. The role involves upskilling operations staff, improving productivity, reducing errors, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and on-the-job logistics process training to new and existing employees.
• Train teams on warehouse operations, transportation, order fulfilment, documentation, and reverse logistics.
• Provide system training (WMS, TMS, ERP, scanning tools) and update materials as processes evolve.
• Develop training content including SOP guides, process flowcharts, manuals, and assessments.
• Monitor trainee performance, identify gaps, and conduct refresher sessions.
• Conduct post-training audits and ensure SOP adherence, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Compliance teams to plan and execute training programs.

Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of experience in Logistics and/or Training roles.
• Proven experience as a Process Trainer, Quality Analyst, or Operations Lead.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and systems (WMS, TMS, ERP).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting.
• Training certifications (preferred).
• Experience handling large training batches (added advantage).
