Job summary

Randstad India seeks a Chief Supply Chain Management Officer to lead end-to-end SCM across procurement, demand planning, vendor management, and network operations for hospitals, clinics, and home care networks.

You will build a resilient, cost-disciplined supply chain, ensuring product availability and governance in a complex healthcare ecosystem. Requires 18–22+ years of experience and willingness to work US shift.

Qualifications

• 18–22+ years of experience in supply chain leadership and governance.
• Willingness to work the US shift (5 PM–2 AM IST) and be office-based 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain across procurement, demand planning, vendor management, contract governance, and network SCM operations.
• Govern and optimize a resilient, cost-disciplined supply chain across hospitals, AMCs, clinics and home care networks.
• Manage assigned customer accounts throughout the order lifecycle and support logistics-related activities as needed.

Customer Order Management

Job Location: Balewadi, Pune

Minimum Experience: 2+ Years in Supply Chain or Order Management

Job Timing: Willingness to work the US shift (5 PM – 2 AM IST). Ability to work from office 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned customer accounts throughout the complete order life cycle, including new customer set‑ups, order entry/modification, escalations, and logistics‑related activities.
