Job summary

ANRGI TECH Pvt. Ltd. seeks a seasoned supply chain expert to lead end-to-end operations across planning, inventory, logistics, and dispatch. You will collaborate with procurement, warehouse, production, and sales to ensure timely material flow and delivery.

Ideal candidates have 10–12 years in supply chain, with pharma/healthcare experience and strong ERP/SAP proficiency. Excel, inventory planning, and vendor management skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory or Operations.
• Experience in Pharma/Healthcare/Wellness/Medical Devices preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory planning, logistics, warehouse ops, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including planning, inventory control, logistics coordination, and dispatch management.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, sales, and other internal teams to ensure timely availability and movement of materials/products.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, replenishment planning, and stock aging to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials/final goods as per business requirements.
• Coordinate with transporters, warehouse partners, and third‑party logistics providers for smooth movement of goods.
• Track and maintain key supply chain metrics such as inventory levels, fill rate, dispatch TAT, stock availability, and service levels.
• Review slow‑moving, non‑moving, and near‑expiry inventory and take corrective action in coordination with relevant teams.
• Maintain and update supply chain MIS, reports, trackers, and dashboards for management review.
• Ensure adherence to supply chain processes, SOPs, and documentation standards.
• Support demand planning and forecasting activities in coordination with business/operations teams.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve supply, delivery, or inventory‑related issues on priority.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimisation, and operational efficiency within the supply chain function.
• Ensure compliance with applicable documentation, audit, and regulatory requirements related to supply chain operations.

Requirements

• 10–12 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory, or Operations.
• Experience in Pharma, Healthcare, Wellness, or Medical Devices preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory planning, logistics, warehouse operations, and vendor management.
• Proficient in Excel, ERP/SAP, and MIS reporting.
• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Pharmacy, Commerce, or related field (MBA/PG in Supply Chain is a plus).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
