Job summary

Liebherr CMCtec India Private Limited in Pune, Maharashtra, is seeking a Time Study Engineer to closely observe production processes, record cycle times, and prepare time-study reports. The role involves coordinating with several departments to understand process requirements and to maintain routing in the system.

Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience with knowledge of fabrication and gear assembly, and proficiency in MS Excel, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Production engineering (B.E. / Diploma).
• Fresh graduates or 0–2 years experience.
• Knowledge of fabrication and gear assembly.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and production operations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic data analysis.
• Understanding of time study and work measurement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies for production processes and operations using stopwatch or appropriate time-study techniques.
• Observe and record cycle times, process elements, delays, and operator activities accurately.
• Calculate allowances, performance ratings, and standard minute values where applicable.
• Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks, productivity losses, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare time-study reports, process sheets, and productivity-related reports.
