Job summary

AVEVA DRUG DELIVERY SYSTEMS INC is seeking a motivated IT Trainee to join our IT team in Hyderabad. The role involves supporting end users, installing and configuring systems, and assisting with day-to-day IT operations under senior guidance.

You will gain hands-on experience in Windows administration, Microsoft 365, networking, asset management, and IT security while documenting processes and following IT policies. A bachelors or diploma in CS/IT/Electronics is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP Addressing, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or IT support tools is an added advantage.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow company IT and security policies.
