Job summary

Aveva Drug Delivery Systems is seeking a motivated IT Trainee to join our IT team in Hyderabad. You will assist in providing technical support to end users, install and configure computer systems, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support day-to-day IT operations.

The role offers hands-on exposure to Windows administration, Microsoft 365, networking, asset management, and IT security while working under the guidance of senior IT staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP Addressing, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or IT support tools is an added advantage.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow company IT and security policies.
