Job summary

Vedam Design in Mumbai seeks an IT Support professional to carry out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions, analyze system logs, apply OS updates, and ensure network infrastructure is up and running.

You will handle user accounts, security responsibilities, document system configurations, and troubleshoot reported problems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows desktop and server operating systems.
• Knowledge of email configuration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with networking, Active Directory, and DNS services.

Responsibilities

• Hands on experience of installing IT hardware & software.
