Job summary

Truevis is seeking a motivated Management Trainee to assist in IT operations and digital infrastructure in Mumbai. You will handle IT assets, software/hardware maintenance, user support, and basic ERP/CRM assistance while liaising with technical teams.

The role welcomes fresh graduates up to 1 year of experience. Knowledge of AutoCAD is a bonus for supporting engineering documentation and layouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/CE/Electronics or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage IT assets (laptops, desktops, printers, networking devices).
• Track asset allocation, warranty, AMC, and lifecycle using asset records.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Office, and business apps.
• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, printers, email, and network issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, repairs, and maintenance.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding by preparing and recovering IT assets.
• Maintain inventory of IT accessories and consumables.
• Support basic network administration (Wi-Fi, LAN, IP devices).
• Ensure software updates, antivirus compliance, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Prepare IT documentation, reports, SOPs, and asset registers.
• Assist ERP/CRM and enterprise app support as required.
• Support digital transformation and automation initiatives across departments.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage for technical drawings.
