Assist the F&B team with daily restaurant and service operations.
Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
Support senior staff in taking and serving food and beverage orders.
Assist with table setup, clearing, cleaning, and maintaining dining areas.
Ensure cutlery, crockery, glassware, napkins, and other service items are properly arranged.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
Support the team during busy hours, events, and special functions.
Learn and follow restaurant SOPs, service procedures, and safety guidelines.
Assist with basic food and beverage preparation and service as instructed.
Replenish service items and maintain adequate stock at designated areas.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth and timely operations.
Assist in handling basic guest requests and elevate issues to supervisors when required.
Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
Learn menu items, ingredients, service standards, and customer-handling procedures.
Perform other operational duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.
Freshers are welcome; prior F&B experience is not mandatory.
Minimum educational qualification: 10th / 12th standard or equivalent preferred.
