BT Group in Gurugram, India is seeking a Trainee Business Service Support Advisor to assist customers across channels, delivering value and customer success while working under supervision of the Customer Service team.

You will gather customer information, perform basic analysis, understand customer needs, and provide service insights to manage issues and ensure support excellence across BT Group's solution portfolio.
