Walplast Products is seeking a Trade Marketing Executive to strengthen brand visibility and engage with plumbers, contractors, masons, and trade associations in Navi Mumbai. The role focuses on executing trade marketing strategies, promotions, and POSM activities from the HO base in Mahape, with close collaboration across Sales, Production, and Marketing teams.

The candidate will drive field campaigns, market visits, and influencer engagement, ensuring effective tools and campaigns at the market

Qualifications

• Experience executing trade marketing strategies and brand activations.
• Ability to plan promotions, product communications, and POSM.
• Strong vendor and agency coordination skills.

Responsabilités

• Execute trade marketing activities across channels and markets.
• Plan and implement sales promotions, product communication, and brand activations.
• Manage POSM budgeting, logistics, distribution, and assortment.
• Conduct market visits and gather trade/customer insights.
• Organize mason meets, painter meets, contractor engagement programs, and trade activations.
• Drive plumber, contractor, AID, and influencer engagement programs.
• Convert brand strategies into effective sales tools and market-level campaigns.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Packaging, agencies, and other internal teams.
• Manage agencies, vendors, and execution partners.
• Track the effectiveness of trade marketing activities and recommend improvements.
• Build strong relationships with key influencer communities and trade associations.
