Job summary

EY in Mumbai seeks an experienced tourism procurement professional to manage government procurement end-to-end, including GeM and tender processes, aligning with government guidelines and tourism schemes. The role requires strong stakeholder networks across government bodies and industry players.

Ideal candidates will have robust bid-management capability, negotiation skills, and a track record of delivering procurement projects in the tourism sector within a government-enabled framework.

Qualifications

• Proven government procurement and bid process management experience.

• Manage end-to-end government procurement and bid processes for tourism projects.
• Hands-on expertise in GeM and government e-procurement portals, including RFP/tendering, bid management, evaluation and award processes.
• Strong understanding of tourism schemes including SASCI, SDD, OSOGD and other relevant initiatives.
• Coordinate with Tourism Departments, government agencies, PSUs, hospitality players and other tourism stakeholders.
• Drive procurement strategy, vendor management and project execution in line with government guidelines.

Experience: 6+ years in Tourism/Hospitality with Government Procurement experience
