EY is seeking a dynamic Procurement & RFP Specialist to support procurement planning, tender preparation, bid management, and contract-related activities for tourism and infrastructure development projects.

The role involves coordinating with government departments, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure transparent, efficient procurement processes and adherence to regulations across projects in India.

Qualifications

• MBA from a Tier-I institution or reputed university.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, Commerce, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Draft and manage RFPs, EOIs, RFQs, and tender documents.
• Develop procurement strategies and bid evaluation frameworks.
• Coordinate with government departments, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders throughout the procurement lifecycle.
• Support bid evaluation, contract negotiations, and award processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable procurement guidelines and government regulations.
• Conduct market assessments and vendor due diligence.
• Prepare procurement reports, presentations, and management notes.
• Support project teams in contract administration and procurement monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and manage Request for Proposals (RFPs), Expressions of Interest (EOIs), RFQs, and tender documents.
• Develop procurement strategies and bid evaluation frameworks.
• Coordinate with government departments, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders throughout the procurement lifecycle.
• Support bid evaluation, contract negotiations, and award processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable procurement guidelines and government regulations.
• Conduct market assessments and vendor due diligence.
• Prepare procurement reports, presentations, and management notes.
• Support project teams in contract administration and procurement monitoring.

Desired Qualifications

• MBA from a Tier-I institution or reputed university.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, Commerce, or related disciplines.

Experience

• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, tender management, bid process management, or RFP preparation.
• Experience working with government departments, PSUs, multilateral agencies, or reputed consulting firms.
• Prior experience in infrastructure, tourism, urban development, or public sector projects will be preferred.
