Job summary

RGBSI in Bangalore is seeking a Tool Development Engineer with a Diploma in Mold Technology and 1–2 years of hands-on mold design experience. You will contribute to both injection and plastic mold projects, supporting tool room activities and core & cavity design.

Preference is given to candidates from GTTC, NTTF, or CIPET backgrounds, with experience in automotive, consumer products, or precision engineering. Immediate joiners are valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mold Technology or Tool & Die required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in mold design and tooling.
• Hands-on experience with injection and plastic mold processes is preferred.
