Ideal candidates have a diploma in Tool & Die with 3–6 years in mold manufacturing or maintenance, strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills, and proficiency with Vernier

Qualifications

• Diploma in Tool & Die (DPMT/DPT) or NTTF/GTTC training preferred.
• 3 to 6 years in Injection Mold manufacturing or maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, ability to work in teams, and good communication skills (Telugu and Hindi preferred).
• Expertise in using precision measuring instruments (Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges).

Responsibilities

• Mold Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of molds to ensure smooth production.
• Tool Assembly & Fabrication: Assemble and test new injection molds, ensuring accuracy in cores, cavities, slides, and ejector systems.
• Machining Operations: Guide conventional and CNC machinery operators to manufacture precise tool components.
• Troubleshooting: Analyze tool-related production issues (flashing, sinking, short shots) and implement rectifications.
• Tool Trials: Assist in new mold development and troubleshooting trials.
• Drawing Interpretation: Interpret complex 2D/3D blueprints, sketches, and CAD models (AutoCAD/SolidWorks).
• Tool Room Operations: Manage tool room documentation, such as tool issue/return registers and preventive maintenance schedules
