Job summary

RGBSI in Bangalore is seeking a Tool Development Engineer to lead mold tooling design and development for production projects. The role involves coordinating tool room activities and collaborating with design and manufacturing teams to ensure on-time tooling delivery.

The candidate should have a Diploma in Tool & Die or Plastic Mold Technology with hands-on experience in core and cavity design and tooling development. Immediate joiners preferred for rapid onboarding.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Tool & Die or Plastic Mold Technology.
• Experience in Injection Mold Design and core/cavity development.
• Familiarity with tool room operations and tooling development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design Injection Mold tooling for production.
• Coordinate tool room activities and tooling maintenance.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams on core/cavity layouts.
