Job summary

Neptune Holidays Limited in Kolkata is seeking a Ticketing Executive – Implant to manage end-to-end air ticketing for domestic and international travel.

Candidates with 3–6 years in travel/ticketing and strong GDS knowledge (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) will fit, and implant/travel company experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end domestic & international air ticketing.
• Manage PNR creation, fare calculation, issuance, re-issuance, refunds and cancellations.
• Handle routing, schedule changes and ticket amendments.
• Coordinate with airlines and internal teams for smooth ticketing operations.
• Resolve urgent ticketing queries and ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain accuracy in documentation, ticketing records and MIS.

Location: kolkata & Silliguri

Budget: Up to 60K/month

Experience: 3–6 years | Travel domain preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end domestic & international air ticketing.
