Job summary

Captalent Hr is seeking a Ticketing Executive with 1–4 years of experience in air ticketing. The role involves handling domestic and international bookings using Amadeus and Sabre, with Galileo knowledge as a plus.

You will manage reservations, PNRs, and fares while providing excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with IATA standards. The position requires strong communication and teamwork to meet sales targets and deliver smooth travel experiences for clients.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in air ticketing or travel industry (domestic & international).
• Proficiency in GDS systems such as Amadeus and Sabre; knowledge of Galileo is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of travel processes including reservation, PNR management, fare filing, etc.

Salary : 6months to 1.6yrs. - 4lpa

2+yrs - 4.5lpa
