Job summary

Pricol in Chennai is seeking a Travel Desk Executive to manage client enquiries, present travel options, and issue tickets after client approval. The role requires coordinating with airlines and suppliers to resolve itineraries, reissues, and refunds, and ensuring compliance with airline policies and internal SOPs.

You will also cross-sell ancillary products, ensure daily billing, and prioritize PLB carriers while adhering to standard operating procedures.

• Follow up with Clients after sending options for ticket issuance
• Coordinate with Airlines/Suppliers to provide solution for complication itineraries / reissues / refunds
• Follow the airline / country related policies, fare rules and internal SOP and guidelines
