Qualitykiosk Technologies in Mumbai seeks a Test Manager for Finacle Liabilities (10X) to own the QA track on a large engagement, drive test strategy, estimation, execution and sign-off, and lead a pod of 25–30 test engineers while staying hands-on with the functional detail and automation suite.

You will oversee Finacle Liabilities modules including CASA, Term Deposits, RD, Flexi/Sweep, Interest & Charges, Transactions & Instructions, Batch & Accounting, Interfaces; drive regression automation

Qualifications

• 12+ years in testing, majority in banking
• Hands-on Finacle testing (10.x preferred) with depth in liabilities
• Hands-on test automation using Testsigma or equivalent, plus API testing
• Strong SQL / Oracle skills for backend and GL validation
• Advanced JIRA or Test Management tool usage for test and defect management
• Clear communication with business, development and programme stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own the test lifecycle for the track: plan, estimate, resource, execute, report and close.
• Review BRDs, Change Requests and functional specs, drive requirement-to-test-case traceability and gaps.
• Lead defect triage with development and business teams; drive RCA and closure.
• Own regression automation in Testsigma and API tests; pipeline integration and suite maintenance.
• Manage QA workflow and reporting in Testsigma, JIRA; publish coverage and release-readiness dashboards.
• Define and manage test data strategy, including masked production-like data and date-sensitive batch scenarios.

Total Exp: 12+ years

Wonrk Location: Mumbai

Role

Own the Finacle Liabilities QA track for a large engagement test strategy, planning, estimation, execution and sign-off. While leading a pod of 25-30 test engineers and staying hands‑on with the functional detail and automation suite.

Finacle Liabilities modules in scope

• CASA:savings and current account opening, CIF creation and linkage, KYC/re-KYC, nomination, joint and minor accounts, account modification, dormancy and reactivation, closure and balance transfer, minimum balance and AQB/AMB computation.
• Term Deposits:TD opening and funding, interest variants (simple, cumulative, quarterly payout), premature closure with penalty, part withdrawal, auto-renewal and maturity instructions, TD certificate generation, sweep‑in linkage.
• Recurring Deposits:instalment scheduling, missed‑instalment penalty, advance and part payment, maturity value computation, premature closure.
• Flexi / Sweep products:sweep‑in and sweep‑out rules, LIFO/FIFO break logic, reverse sweep, linked overdraft against deposit.
• Interest & Charges:interest accrual and application, slab and tier‑based rate setup, TDS deduction with Form 15G/15H handling, service charges, waivers and product parameter maintenance at the product/scheme level.
• Transactions & Instructions:standing instructions, lien marking and hold funds, stop payment, cheque book issuance and inventory, cash and transfer entries, inter‑branch transactions.
• Batch & Accounting:EOD/BOD processing, interest and charge batch runs, GL posting and reconciliation, day‑end and regulatory reports.
• Interfaces:CRM, branch and digital channels, payment rails (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI), and downstream reporting/data warehouse feeds.

Responsibilities

• Own the test lifecycle for the track: plan, estimate, resource, execute, report and close.
• Review BRDs, Change Requests and functional specs, drive requirement‑to‑test‑case traceability and flag gaps early.
• Lead defect triage with development and business teams; drive RCA, ageing reduction and severity‑wise closure.
• Own regression automation in Testsigma suite design, reusable step libraries, data‑driven and API tests, pipeline integration and suite maintenance.
• Manage the full QA workflow and reporting in Testsigma, JIRA; publish coverage, burn‑down and release‑readiness dashboards.
• Define and manage test data strategy, including masked production‑like data and date‑sensitive batch scenarios.

Requirements

• 812 years in testing, majority in banking; minimum 4 years hands‑on Finacle (10.x preferred) with depth in liabilities.
• Proven experience managing a test team and owning a track independently across releases.
• Hands‑on test automation using Testsigma or equivalent, plus API testing.
• Strong SQL / Oracle skills for backend and GL validation.
• Advanced JIRA or Test Management tool usage for test and defect management.
• Clear communication and the ability to hold a position with business, development and programme stakeholders.
