Qualitykiosk Technologies is seeking an experienced Test Manager for Micro Finance LOS transformations in Hyderabad. The role focuses on leading SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing across LOS platforms, driving quality governance and release readiness.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in Banking/Financial Services with deep Microfinance and Rural Lending expertise, overseeing onboarding, credit workflows, LOS integrations, and end-to-end QA for Individual, SHG, and JLG lending

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of Banking & Financial Services testing experience.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager Micro Finance LOS with strong expertise in Microfinance, Micro Lending, Rural Lending, and Loan Origination System (LOS) Transformation Programs.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience managing SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End testing engagements across LOS platforms while leading distributed testing teams and driving quality governance initiatives.

This role requires ownership of test strategy, planning, execution management, quality assurance, stakeholder coordination, defect management, release readiness, and successful delivery of lending transformation programs across Microfinance and Rural Banking ecosystems.

Preferred candidate profile

A seasoned Test Manager with 12+ years of experience in Banking and Financial Services, including strong exposure to Microfinance, Rural Lending, Assets Banking, and Loan Origination Systems (LOS).

The candidate should possess deep expertise in customer onboarding journeys, credit assessment workflows, lending operations, LOS integrations, and end-to-end quality assurance across lending platforms supporting Individual, SHG, JLG, and Rural Lending programs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on Microfinance Transformation Programs.
• Exposure to Jocata LOS, Pragati LOS, or equivalent lending platforms.
• Experience in Digital Lending and Rural Banking Programs.
• Experience with Bureau Integrations (CIBIL, Experian, CRIF).
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
• Experience working within Agile-driven banking environments.
