Job summary

Roots Group in Mysuru, Karnataka is seeking a field service technician to install and commission cleaning machines and EVs at customer sites.

You will perform warranty services, preventive maintenance, and AMC activities, diagnose and resolve service issues, and maintain service records for accurate documentation.

• Install and commission cleaning machines and EVs at customer locations.
• Perform warranty services, preventive maintenance, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities.
• Diagnose and resolve service complaints and breakdowns within the defined turnaround time.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal machine performance and uptime.
• Maintain accurate service reports, job cards, and customer service records.
• Coordinate with customers to provide timely technical support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company safety standards, service procedures, and quality guidelines during all service activities.
