Responsibilities

• Install and commission baler machines, shredders, conveyors at customer sites.
• Conduct machine trials and performance testing.
• Ensure successful handover of equipment to customers.
• Provide operator training on machine operation and safety procedures.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
• Repair components including bearings, shafts, gearboxes, hydraulic cylinders, pumps, and valves.
• Conduct machine health inspections and prepare service reports.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, and basic electrical problems.
• Coordinate with design and production teams for technical solutions.
• Provide emergency breakdown support at customer sites.
• Respond to service calls and technical queries.
• Maintain customer relationships through timely service.
• Recommend spare parts and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure customer complaints are resolved effectively.
• Prepare installation, commissioning, and service reports.
• Maintain service records and machine history.
• Submit travel, expense, and maintenance reports.
• Update service activity in ERP/CRM systems.
• Identify spare parts requirements.
• Support inventory planning for critical spares.
• Ensure proper utilization of service tools and equipment.
• Follow company and customer safety regulations.
