Responsibilities

Job description

• Perform the installation and commissioning at customer sites, ensuring they are set up to meet performance standards
• Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting support for machinery-related issues Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and software-related problems
• Conduct training sessions for customers on machine operation, maintenance procedures and safety protocols
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their technical concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, maintenance and customer feedback
• Prepare service reports and provide feedback to the engineering department for product improvements
• Advise customers on necessary spare parts, product upgrades and available enhancements to improve machine performance
• From time-to-time, support production team by overseeing the installation, testing and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
