Job summary

OKAYA in Kota is seeking a field service engineer to handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of batteries, inverters, UPS and related power-electronics at customer sites. You will work on-site to resolve issues and ensure high first-time fix rates, delivering reliable service to clients.

• Handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of batteries, inverters, UPS, and related power-electronics products at customer locations.
• Attend and resolve service complaints within defined TAT, ensuring high First-Time Fix Rate and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with customers, dealers, distributors, and internal teams for effective complaint resolution and provide technical support/product guidance.
