Job summary

Berger Paints in Chennai invites a Distributor Sales Executive/Territory Sales Manager to strengthen our distributor network. You will drive retailer activity through BTL campaigns and implement scalable sales processes across the territory.

The role focuses on primary and secondary sales via distributors, training ground teams, managing budgets, and coordinating with head office support to grow market share. Graduation and 4–7 years of sales experience are required.

• Graduation is required.
• 4-7 years of sales experience is required.
• Exposure to distribution business from FMCG or building materials is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in the local language.

• Candidate should be able to organize training and incentive program for ground team for improving depth & width of distribution.
• Drive sales budgets (Key retailer Budgets) and motivate team.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

• Graduation
• The candidate should have minimum 4 - 7 years sales experience.
• Exposure to distribution business from FMCG, building materials is preferred
