Job summary

SKF Group is looking for a Territory Manager for Chennai who will achieve revenue and profitability targets through the distribution network. The successful candidate will manage and coach distributors, identify new network opportunities, and ensure compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, and 5-8 years of experience in industrial or engineering product sales. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by sending their resume.

• Manage and coach existing distributors to formulate their growth plans.
• Identify new areas/platforms to expand the distribution network.
• Promote new product offerings or special schemes to achieve sale growth.
• Ensure distributor compliance with SKF’s policies, branding, etc.
