Job summary

SOLIZE PARTNERS India Private Limited in Bengaluru invites applications for a Territory Sales Manager to grow CAD/CAM/PLM and manufacturing software solutions. You will develop business in the assigned territory, generate leads, map large customers, forecast sales, negotiate and close deals.

The role requires 4+ years in CAD/CAM/PLM or manufacturing sales, an engineering degree in Mechanical/Automotive/Aerospace (preferred) or a Mechanical Diploma, and a 9:00 hrs to 17:30 hrs workweek, five days.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of CAD/CAM/PLM or manufacturing industry sales experience.
• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Automotive or Aerospace preferred; Diploma holder in Mechanical/Automotive.

Responsibilities

• Extensive field coverage to reach sales targets for CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM products.
• Understand and articulate the company's value proposition in CAD/CAM/PLM business.
• Meet KRAs of daily and weekly on-field activities.
• Meet demo, technical discussion and proposal targets.
• Target customers primarily Aero/Defence, Manufacturing, ESP and Auto sectors.
• Achieve target revenue goals.
• Ensure new customer conversion month-on-month and quarterly.
• Track opportunities and report progress weekly.

Location: Bangalore. SOLIZE PARTNERS India Private Limited - Full-time employee. Territory Sales Manager role. The candidates will be required to develop business in the allocated territory with responsibilities including lead generation, mapping large existing customers, sales forecast, negotiation and closure.

Responsibilities

• The candidate has to ensure extensive field coverage in the assigned territory and reach the sales / revenue target of CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM products.
• Understand and articulate the company's value proposition in the CAD / CAM /CAE/PLM business.
• Meeting KRA of daily and weekly on field activities.
• Meeting demo, technical discussion, proposal targets.
• The target customers will primarily be in the field of Aero/Defence, Manufacturing, ESP and Auto etc.
• Achieve target revenue goals.
• Ensure new customer conversion month on month quarter on quarter.
• Keeping track of all ongoing opportunities and report progress of opportunities on a weekly basis.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of CAD/CAM/PLM or manufacturing industry sales experience.
• Engineering degree in any domain: Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace preferred; Diploma Holder (Mechanical/ Automotive).
• 9:00 hrs to 17:30 hrs / 5 days working (Monday to Friday).
