Job summary

SkillLabs is seeking a field-based sales leader to drive two-wheeler loan growth in Barhi, MP. You will manage dealer and partner networks, identify new customers, and push quarterly targets while maintaining high portfolio quality and strict compliance.

Lead on-ground Sales Executives and DSAs, ensuring SOPs are followed, training teams, and aligning with credit policies and regulatory guidelines to deliver sustainable loan referrals.

Responsibilities

• Dealer & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with two-wheeler dealerships, manufacturers, and channel partners to ensure steady loan referrals.
• Customer Acquisition: Identify potential buyers, map catchment areas, and drive the acquisition of new two-wheeler loan customers.
• Portfolio & Target Management: Meet and exceed month-on-month targets for loan disbursals and Asset Under Management (AUM) while maintaining a high-quality, risk-averse portfolio.
• Team Leadership: Train, monitor, and coach on-ground Sales Executives and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to ensure SOPs are followed.
• Compliance & Credit: Ensure all loan applications adhere to the organization's credit policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance standards
