Responsibilities include driving service growth, maintaining genuine parts supply, conducting audits, addressing feedback, training dealer teams, and ensuring quick turnaround times for pre-owned vehicles.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in two-wheeler service operations.
• Experience in pre-owned vehicle segment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive service business growth and profitability at dealer workshops.
• Improve operational efficiency to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure consistent availability of genuine parts from DriveX-approved sources.
• Conduct service process audits and take corrective actions to uphold standards.
• Address customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
• Engage regularly with customers to understand needs and expectations.
• Provide on-the-job training to dealer teams on product knowledge, repair standards, and customer handling.
• Monitor workshop operations to ensure quick turnaround times.
• Maintain 100% pre-owned vehicle certification and ensure trouble-free delivery to customers.

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Dealer Business Development
